Getting started

Create a free account to save listings, message landlords, and post a room, whole flat, or room-wanted profile. Use EN / 繁中 in the header any time. Then explore the sections below — they mirror the areas you will use most (dashboard, messages, saved items, upgrades, and help).

Messages

Open Messages for every conversation about a listing or flatmate profile. Chat stays on-platform so you do not have to share your phone number straight away. Some brand-new listings delay instant contact for a short window to reduce spam — Early Access (see Pricing) removes that wait for eligible seekers. Use Report inside a thread if something feels wrong.

My listings

Open My listings for every room or property you have published, with links into each live ad. New posts start from Post ad; your Dashboard still shows counts at a glance. Keep photos and availability accurate so enquiries stay high quality.

Search & listings

Use filters on the search page to narrow by district, MTR, rent, and availability. Save a search when signed in (limits depend on your plan). Listing details include photos, a privacy-safe map pin, and a message button for logged-in users.

Posting rooms & properties

Start from Post ad: choose room, room-wanted, or entire property. Add honest descriptions and photos (limits depend on your plan). Map location is privacy-safe (obfuscated). Listings go through automated checks before publishing. Upgrade for more photos and boosted visibility.

Plans, billing & upgrades

Compare Free, Early Access, Boosted Listing, and Agent Pro on the homepage under Pricing. You can switch one-off vs subscription there. Payments run through our billing provider; VAT or local taxes may apply depending on your location. Email us if a charge looks wrong.

My profile & settings

My profile has two parts: your account details (name, photo) and, separately, your public room-wanted listing for flatmate search — that listing is what seekers show in search. Verification badges (where shown) reflect optional checks. Keep contact inside the product until you trust the other party.

Staying safe

Never pay a deposit before you have viewed the property in person. Prefer in-app messaging over moving to WhatsApp immediately. If a listing or user seems off, use Report from the listing or conversation screen.
